摘要
采用风险分析中常用的层次分析法,分析了代建工业项目中风险管理所面临的问题,以及项目风险的识别方法,并提出相应的对策,以达到减少或避免风险、加快建造进度、提高质量和降低成本的目的。
The paper adopts the common AHP method in the risk analysis,analyzes the problems in the risk management of the agent industrial programs,and the identification methods for the program risks,and points out relative strategies,so as to reduce or avoid risks,to quicken the construction speed,to improve the quality and to reduce the costs.
