摘要
针对工程项目风险控制与管理进行了探讨,提出应通过正确认识管理风险、增强防范意识、健全组织体系、加强廉洁从业教育、完善相关制度、开展企检联防等途径来加强工程项目风险控制和管理,从而保障正常的施工生产。
This paper explores engineering project risk control and management, and proposes some ways for strengthening engineering project risk control and management including correctly understand management risks, strengthening preventive cautiousness, perfecting organization SYstem., strengthening honest employment education, improving relevant systems, and developing enterprises-inspeetion departments joint prevention etc. Thus, it effectively guarantees the normal eonstruetion.
