摘要
研究了营销业务应用系统的主要内容,确定了系统的总体技术路线和体系架构,并对营销业务进行梳理、分析、定义,形成覆盖所有营销业务范围的业务模型,统一了营销业务管理模式。同时,开展了数据模型设计、功能精化设计、IT架构设计等标准化设计,通过信息化、自动化、图形化等多种方式将营销基础业务全过程管理进行了有机的联系。营销业务应用在实践中证明了该系统研究具有良好的应用效果,为国家电网公司营销业务管理带来了变革,为公司取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益。
This paper studies the main contents of marketing application system, determines the general technical route and architecture, and sorts out, analyzes and defines marketing business. A business model covering all the marketing business scopes is built, and the marketing management modes are unified. Standardized design of data model, refined functions and information architecture is performed. Whole process management of marketing basic businesses is interconnected automatically and graphically through information systems. Practice proves that this marketing application system brings obvious economic and social benefits to the company and starts the marketing management reform.
