摘要 随着城市电网规模的持续扩大,电网结构日益复杂。一旦由于自然灾害或其他外力引发电网故障,快速、科学地对电网抢修车辆进行调度是缩短故障抢修时间的关键。文章针对电力公司电网抢修车辆调度的实际需求,结合电网抢修业务流程,构建了基于地理信息系统(Geographic Information System,GIS)技术的电网抢修车辆综合调度系统,从而实现科学地调配电网抢修车辆,通过选取的最优路径快速到达电网故障现场,提高电网故障抢修工作的效率。 With the expansion of operating scale, the power grid is increasingly complex in the structure. Once natural disasters or other external forces cause fault of power grid, dispatching the vehicles is the key to restoring the power grid fault. Considering the actual demand of power grid emergency maintenance vehicles and the power grid emergency maintenance business process, this paper constructed a comprehensive vehicle's scheduling system for emergency maintenance of power grid based on GIS technology, which achieved scientific dispatching of vehicles, and improved the effi ciency of the emergency maintenance of power grid through optimizing the routing to reach the site of the power grid fault.
