摘要
【目的】建立测定红景天药材根茎中红景天苷含量的HPLC方法,为进一步研究红景天的药材质量提供依据。【方法】采用Thermo C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);乙腈-水-四氢呋喃(5.5:93:0.4)为流动相;流速为1.0 ml/min;紫外检测波长为270 nm;柱温30℃。【结果】红景天苷在2.5-40μg/ml范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=1×10^7X-2428,r=0.9996。平均回收率为96.45%,RSD为0.63%(n=9)。【结论】本法灵敏,准确,稳定性与重现性均良好,可用于红景天药材中红景天苷的含量测定。
【Objective】To determine the content of salidroside in Rhodiola kirilowii(Regel) Maxim.by HPLC.【Methods】HPLC analysis was carried out on Thermo C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm).The mixture of acetonitrile-THF-water(5.5:93:0.4) was used as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.The detection wavelength was at 270 nm.The column temperature was at 30 ℃.【Results】The linear range of salidroside was 2.5~40 μg/ml,the recovery of this method was 104.05% and the RSD was 0.54%(n =5).【Conclusion】The method was sensitive,accurate and reproducible,and to suitable for the quality control of Rhodiola kirilowii(Regel) Maxim.
