摘要
基于文献回顾与先导研究,笔者提出了我国高校外语教师互动发展新模式,包含人员、中介、机制、目标四大要素,主张以研究者-教师合作为平台,以课堂关键问题为抽象中介,以课堂录像、教师反思日记等为具体中介,通过情感互动与认知互动,实现团队成员共同成长。为检验新模式的可行性,笔者开展了近一年的探索性研究。本文报告了新模式的构建、实施及成效,并对今后新模式的应用提出了建议。
Based on the literature review and pilot study,a new interactive model is proposed for tertiary EFL teacher education in China's Mainland.The new model consists of four elements:team members,mediators,mechanism and objectives.Within this model,a co-learning community between teachers and researchers serves as a platform,critical issues in EFL classrooms as abstract mediators and lesson videos,reflective journals,etc.as concrete mediators,affective and cognitive interactions as driving force and dual objectives as goals for the professional development of teachers as well as researchers.An exploratory study was thus conducted to examine the feasibility of the model.The paper reports the process of model construction and its trial practice with suggestions for its future application.
