摘要
本文作者根据对计算语言学中战略转移的分析后指出,传统语言学的方法正面临着经验主义的严峻挑战,一种新的"基于语料库"的研究方式或者"语料库驱动"的研究方式将逐渐地代替传统的依靠"内省"和"诱导"的研究方式。但是,这种基于语料库的研究方式或者语料库驱动的研究方式离不开语言学家对于语言现象的"洞察力",我们决不能忽视理性思维的重要作用;把理性主义与经验主义结合起来,是当前语言学战略转移的正确方向。
This paper discusses the strategic transit of contemporary linguistics.After the analysis of the strategic transit in computational linguistics,it is evidenced that traditional linguistics is facing serious challenges from empiricism,and the introspection or elicitation approaches will be gradually replaced by the corpus-based or corpus-driven approach,but deep insights into language phenomena and rational thinking are both necessary.The combination of rationalism and empiricism shows the strategic transit in contemporary linguistics.
