摘要
目的:探讨5年新会陈皮对功能性消化不良(FD)的治疗效果。方法:将56例入选对象随机分为陈皮散组和中西医结合组,每组28例,分别用5年的陈皮散及该陈皮散加西药治疗,在第1、第2疗程治疗结束时随访记录患者症状与体征改善等情况,根据症状评分综合分析2组的疗效。结果:第1疗程绝大部分临床症状和体征有所改善,差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0.01或P<0.05);第2疗程全部症状和体征改善更明显,差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。总有效率是中西医结合组(89.29%)优于陈皮散组(75.00%)。结论:5年新会陈皮治疗FD有好的临床疗效。
Objective： To discuss the treatment effect of five years Xinhui cbenpi for the functional dyspepsia （FD）. Methods ： 56 eases of the elected objects were randomly divided into the group of ehenpisan and group of Chinese tradition combined with Western medicine. Every group is 28cases. They were treated with the five ehenpisan and the ehenpisan in addition to Western medicine respectively. The improved condition of symptoms and signs of the patients was followed up and noted after the treatment end of first and secondly period of treatment. The treatment effects of two groups were syn- thesizedly analyzed according to the grade of symptoms. Results： Every kind of clinical symptoms were all improved for patients of two groups after treatment and they were more evident in secondly period of treatment（ P 〈0.01 ）. The total effective rate is group of Chinese tradition combined with Western medicine （ 89.29% ） superior to group of ehenpisan （75.00%）. Conclusion： The Xinliui chenpi of five years has better clinical treatment effect for FD.
