摘要
目的:观察痛风四妙散治疗痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:通过84例患者随机分组,治疗组予以痛风四妙散加西药,对照组予以单纯西药,治疗14d后比较2组临床疗效。结果:治疗组有效率90.48%,对照组有效率71.43%,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义;10d治愈率治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:治疗组不但治愈率高,而且能明显缩短治疗时间。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Tongfeng Simiao power in treating gouty arthritis. Methods： 84 patients were randomly divided into treatment and control groups. The treatment group received Tongfeng Simiao power combine with western medicine treatment, the control group received western medicine treatment alone. Comparison of the clinical efficacy of the two groups after 14d. Results： The effective rate of treatment was 90.48% higher than 71.43% in the control, the difference was statistically significant, 10d cure rate of the treatment group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： The cure rate of the treatment is not only high, but also can significantly shorten the treatment time.
