摘要
遗传因素、膳食结构、运动与体力活动不足及其他生活环境因素均能引起肥胖.单纯性肥胖是指营养过剩所致的肥胖,占肥胖总人数的90%以上.肥胖给青年大学生造成了诸多生活不便、潜在危害乃至心理影响.有氧运动可以调节代谢功能,促进脂肪分解;降低血浆胰岛素水平;减低食欲,增加能量消耗;影响体内血液瘦素水平;改善心肺功能及血脂水平,提高体力耐受性等.因此,在改变原有生活节奏和不良的饮食习惯的基础上,坚持有氧运动锻炼是单纯性肥胖大学生减肥的首选方法.
Genetic factors,dietary patterns,lack of exercise,physical activity and other living environmental factors can cause obesity.The simple obesity refers to the obesity caused by overnutrition,and the percentage of the simple obesity was more than 90%.Obesity caused a lot of inconvenience,potential hazards and even psychological influence to the young college students.Aerobic metabolism can regulate metabolism and promote lipolysis,reduce plasma insulin levels,reduce appetite and increase energy expenditure,influence leptin levels in the blood,improve cardiopulmonary function and blood lipid levels,improve physical tolerance and so on.Therefore,the preferred method to lose weight for simple obesity college students is adhering to aerobic exercise on the base of changing the original life rhythm and bad eating habits.
