摘要
以公共体育课程为主,应用不同锻炼方式对龙岩学院的超重、肥胖大学生进行为期八周的健身运动,测定八周运动前后受试者体重、身体质量指数、身体围度、皮褶厚度、体脂率等指标,探讨不同锻炼方式对超重、肥胖大学生减重效果的影响.结果表明:不同的锻炼方式对超重和肥胖大学生身体形态和身体成分的影响不同,适宜的锻炼方式能减少超重和肥胖大学生体脂含量,改变其身体围度和皮褶厚度,更好地促进身体健康.
The public physical education curriculum was taken as the main subject of the 8-week exercise. The weight, body mass index, body circumference, skin fold thickness, body fat ratio of the students, and the influence of different exercise methods on the weight and body weight were measured. Different exercise methods caused different results. The research shows that appropriate exercise methods can reduce the body fat content of overweight and obese students, change their body circumference, skin fold thickness, and promote health.
