摘要
我国煤矿当前的安全形势十分严峻,进行煤矿企业安全文化的研究具有积极意义。文章阐述了开展煤矿安全文化研究的必要性,给出了煤矿企业安全文化的定义,介绍了煤矿安全文化的研究现状,包括煤矿安全文化评价指标体系及评价方法、煤矿安全文化建设的流程及主要内容等;同时指出煤矿企业安全文化研究过程中存在的一些问题,并对今后的研究进行了展望。
The present safety situation of coal mine enterprises in China is extremely serious,so it is of significance to study safety culture of coal mine.The necessity for studying safety culture of coal mine was put forward.The definitions of safety culture for coal mine were set forth systematically;the present research situation was introduced,including the evaluation indexes and methods of safety culture for coal mine,the flowchart and main content of safety culture building.The existing problems in studying safety culture of coal mine was also pointed out,and the future research was prospected over.
