摘要
从煤矿行业的特殊性和煤矿企业管理的要求入手,分析了煤矿企业管理与建设企业安全文化的关系以及安全文化与安全氛围的关系,从而强调煤矿企业安全文化建设的重要性。
The construction of safety culture of coal mine enterprises is an important part of the cultural development of coal mine enterprises, and it is also an important part of safety management. Starting with the particularity of coal industry and the requirements of coalmine enterprises for safety management, this paper analyzes the relationship between the management of coalmine enterprises and the safety culture construction of coalmine enterprises, and also the relationship between the safety culture and the safety atmosphere. The paper further emphasizes the importance of the safety culture construction of coalmine enterprises and points out the it is the key to the prevention of coal mine accidents.
