安全氛围及其对影响机制研究 被引量：2

摘要 安全氛围作为组织氛围的一种类型,是“安全文化”的“快照”,能够反映出组织成员对某一时间组织内部的工作环境和安全状态的认知,在提高安全绩效方面的积极作用日益受到世界范围内的关注。安全氛围研究重点关注四个问题:一是安全氛围与安全文化的区别,二是安全氛围的研究方法和导向,三是安全氛围的因子结构,四是安全氛围对安全行为的影响机制。在此基础上,笔者提出在不同行业采用多种测量方法相结合的方式进行研究,针对安全氛围对安全行为的影响机制进行了相应的探索分析,从而为提高各行业安全管理效率提供参考。
