摘要
本文探讨了安全文化的本质以及安全文化在煤矿企业安全生产工作中的地位,指出煤矿企业安全文化的建设应该建立在完善的安全技术措施和管理措施基础之上,并融合于企业的各项工作之中。
This paper discusses the nature of safety culture and its status in the work of production safety in coal mine enterprise, and points out that the coal mine enterprise safety culture construction should base on perfect safety technical measures and management measures, and fuse in enterprise＇s each work.
