摘要
人类视网膜血管(HRV)网络结构(NS)改变程度的分维定量描述具有十分重要的科研及临床价值。首先对HRV的生长模式加以研究及仿真实验,以验证HRV的生长符合DLA生长模型及HRVNS具有自相似结构。在此理论基础上,提出了HRV网络图高效提取及HRV网络分维数自动测量的新方法,以定量分析正常及异常状况下HRVNS的细微改变。临床实验表明:对HRV网络进行分维分析所得结果在视网膜动脉硬化I、II级患者及正常人之间具有显著性差异(F>10),临床意义显著。
The progression rate and severity of pathological changes of the human retina vessel(HRV) network structure(NS) can be used in the mass screening of cardiocerebral vascular diseases, thus be valuable in scientific research. The fact that the growth model of the HRV is in agreement with that of DLA and HRVNS have self similar properties was proved by researching on the growth model of the HRV and computer simulation. Based on that theory fact, novel methods for automatic detection of HRVNS and FD(Fractal Dimesion) estimation of HRVNS were proposed. Clinical experiment results showed that the FD estimation of HRVNS between arteriosclerosis group and normotensive group had marked differences(F>10), among which the FD estimation using Sand-box method changed most significantly. This suggested that FD parameters obtained by our image processing system could be used as the detective indices of clinical classification of arteriosclerosis and the differencet degree in FD parameters represented the different arteriosclerosis states.
