摘要
根据视网膜动、静脉交叉征状的特点，提出了用动静脉交叉处静脉锥度及交叉角改变量这两个 参数来定量地表征动静脉交叉的征状，进而提出了判别静脉压迹程度的诊断指标，为动脉硬化的辅助诊断提供了客观的依据。
A novel method to quantitatively describe the crossing phenomena of arteries and veins in arteriosclerosis patient's fundus image are present. When the position of a vessel in a digital fundus image was located, the axial line of the vessel could be searched. And then, two parameters, the Venous Cone Angle (VCA) and the Changes of arterio-venous Cross Angle (CCA),which represent the running state of the arterio-venous nicking, were calculated automatically.The clinical results indicate that the method can provide more information for clinical diagnosis about arteriosclerosis.
