摘要
从番荔枝科植物陵水暗罗 ( Polyalthia nemoralis A.et DC.)的根中分离出暗罗素 ( zincpolyanemine)为植物中首次分得含巯基氧化吡啶的锌化合物。实验证明 :具有抗疟、抗霉菌等作用 ,但毒性较大 ,剂量减少则毒性亦减少。此外 ,从该科植物假鹰爪( Desmos chinensis L our.)的根中分离出 3个双氢黄酮及毛叶假鹰爪 ( Desmos dumosus( Roxb.) Saff.)的叶中分离出 4个黄酮类化合物 ,其中 7-甲氧基黄芩素 ( negletein)有显著的强心作用。本文对成分、活性及开发新药进行了讨论。
Zincpolyanemine was isolated from the roots of polyalthia nemoralis A.et DC.and sodiumpolyanemine was synthesied for water soluble compound.The negletein was isolated from the leaves of Desmos dumosus (Roxb.) Saff. 1 Zincpolyanemine was used in treating mice infected with Plasmodium berghei.The results indicated that the zincpolyanemine was well inhibition of Plasmodium berghei in mice.50% suppression rate was 48 1 mg/kg(ig). 2 Zincpolyanemine was used in treating monkey (Macaca mulatta)infected with Plasmodium cynomolgi.The results indicated the number of Plasmodium cynomolgi was decreased in RBC.But toxicity was high.If the dose decreased,the toxicity was decreased and the antimalarial activity still reside. 3 Sodiumpolyanemine was used in treating mice infected with Candida albicans in mice and rabbits.The result indicated that sodiumpolyanemine was well inhibition of Candida albicans in mice and rabbits. Test acute toxicity of sodiumpolyanemine in mice that the result obtained LD 50 in mice(ip)was 411 6±8 8 mg/kg.The therapeutic index was 4 5. 4 The effect of negletein on the cardiac contractile force of isolated toad harts was strong potent. It was the first discovery in the plant.
