Study on chemical constituents from branches and leaves of Polyalthia nemoralis

摘要 目的:对陵水暗罗Polyalthia nemoralis枝、叶中的化学成分进行分离和鉴定,并筛选细胞毒活性。方法:以硅胶、大孔吸附树脂和Sephadex LH-20色谱柱进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和光谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。采用MMT法筛选细胞毒活性。结果:从乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了14个化合物,即丁香酸(1),3-甲氧基-4-羟基肉桂酸(2),香草酸(3),4-羟基苯甲酸(4),毛里求斯排草素(5),番荔枝宁(6),(+)-oblongine(7),(+)-N-甲基网叶番荔枝碱(8),赤藓醇(9),D-甘露醇(10),乙基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(11),(+)木兰花碱(12),千金藤宁碱(13),(2S,4R)-4-羟基-2-哌啶羧酸(14)。结论:14个化合物均为首次从本属植物中分离得到;MTT法测得化合物6和13对多种肿瘤细胞有生长抑制作用。 Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents of the branches and leaves of Polyalthia nemoralis. Method: The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel, macroporous adsorption resin and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatographic methods. Their chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral data. Result: Fourteen compounds were isolated and identified as syringic acid (1) , 3-methoxy-4-hydroxycinnamic acid (2) , vanillic acid (3) , 4-hydroxy- benzoic acid (4), mauritianin (5), ( + )-xylopinidine(6), ( + )-oblongine(7), ( + )-tembetarine(8), eythritol (9), D-mannitol (10), ethyl-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 11 ), ( + ) -magnoflorine ( 12 ), stepharanine ( 13 ), ( 2S, dR) -4-hydroxy-2-piperidine-carboxylic acid (14) , respectively. Conclusion: All the compounds were isolated from the genus Polyalthia for the first time; compounds 6 and 13 showed inhibitation activities against multi tumor cell lines.
