高精度刀具测量仪的视觉系统研究与设计 被引量:1

摘要 为了改善传统刀具测量仪重复测量精度低的问题,对刀具测量仪的视觉系统进行了深入的分析,并设计了刀具测量仪的视觉系统。通过光路分析和理论计算确定系统的指标参数,并以此参数为依据结合ZEMAX光学软件对视觉系统进行了详细的设计,通过控制景深大小来提高系统重复性。实验表明,应用这套视觉系统的刀具测量仪重复测量精度达到±2μm。 In order to improve the low repeat measurements accuracy of traditional tool measuring system,it has been in-depth analysed and designed the vision system of tool measuring.Through the optical system analysis and theoretical calculations to determine the target parameters,and the vision system has been thoroughly designed,based on the parameter,combined with ZEMAX optical software.the system repeatability is improved by controll the depth of field sizes.Tests shows that repetition measuring accuracy can achieves 2μm with the application of this vision system.
