基于航空保障类刀具的测量技术发展与应用

摘要 刀具是航空机械制基础保障的重要辅助工具之一,刀具测量的准确性和可靠性是保障航空制造产品质量及加工精度的重要因素。刀具测量技术的研究探索和开发实践也在不断深化、扩展和创新,以满足航空制造业发展的更高要求。介绍了刀具测量技术的发展过程,重点从数据库管理、测量数据检索、测量数据传输以及测量过程管控方面详细阐述了自动化、信息化背景下刀具测量技术的发展与应用,为提高航空制造业的质量和效率提供了有效支撑。 The tool is one of the important auxiliary tools for the basic guarantee of the aviation machinery. The accuracy and reliability of the tool measurement are the important factors to ensure the quality of the aeronauti- cal manufacturing products and the processing precision. The research, exploration and development practice of tool measuring technology are also being deepened, expanded and innovated to meet the higher requirements of the development of aviation manufacturing industry. The development process of tool measurement technology is briefly introduced. The development and application of tool measurement technology under automation and in- formation background are elaborated from the aspects of database management, measurement data retrieval, measurement data transmission and measurement process control. Which could provide effective support for im- proving quality and efficiency of aviation manufacturing industry.
