摘要
刀具几何参数测量仪是刀具研制和生产过程中必不可少的设备。近年来基于影像处理技术的刀具测量仪,由于其良好的性能价格比,被国内许多刀具生产和修磨厂家所采用。误差标定是任何测量仪表的必要环节。由于目前还没有这种测量仪专用的误差标定规范,若使用数控机床的标定方法又会使成本大大的提高而不利于中小企业的使用。本文介绍一种简捷的误差标定方法。以大连工业大学先进制造技术工程中心开发的DJCLY92B刀具几何参数测量仪为实例,详细阐述其步骤及实施。实验结果表明,测量仪经过标定,具有明确的数据做标准,使用可靠;标定和误差分析的数据是误差补偿的重要依据;为提高产品性能及其更新换代做准备。
Cutting-tool geometric-parameter measuring instrument is indispensable for cutting tools of both research and manufacture.The image processing based on cutting tool metrology is prevailing due to its favorable performance/cost ratio.Calibration is imperative to any kind of measurement device but there is not yet calibration standard in this area.If using numerically-controlled machine tool's demarcation method it will cause a big enhancement in cost and is difficult for the small and medium-sized enterprise to buy and use it.Therefore the DJCLY92B cutting tool measuring instrument was developed by the Center of Advanced Manufacturing Technology,Dalian Polytechnic University.With this instrument the calibration is simple and effective,which can provide effective and users-friendly guide line.It also offers fundamental information for errors compensation,ready for its improvement and update.
