高速公路高填路基松铺厚度与碾压遍数的优化 被引量:5

摘要 高速公路中高路堤是最重要的工程之一,路基沉降,特别是不均匀沉降会导致路面开裂、沉陷,严重影响道路的行驶质量及使用寿命。通过对新建高速公路高填路基现场碾压试验,比较不同松铺厚度在不同碾压遍数和方式下对应路基沉降和孔隙率的关系。结果得出:松铺厚度为45cm、强振7遍时,松铺系数可控制在1.15左右;碾压遍数和方式宜控制为1遍静压→1遍弱振→7遍强振,可保证最后两遍碾压路基沉降差小于3 mm。 High embankment of expressway is one of the most important engineering. Subgrade settlement, especially uneven settlement will cause pavement crack and subsidence, which would seriously influence road traveling quality and service life. Through site compaction test of high filled subgrade of the newly built expressway, the relationship between loose paving thickness and the corresponding subgrade settlement and pore rate under different compaction times and modes is compared. The result shows that when loose paving thickness is 45 cm after 7 times of dynamic compaction, loose paving coefficient can be controlled about 1.15. Compaction times and modes should be 1 static compression, 1 loose compaction and 7 times of dynamic compaction, which can ensure settlement difference between the last two times of compaction less than 3 mm.
