摘要 利用AVL公司的BOOST软件建立了某大型低速二冲程柴油机的工作过程仿真模型,在三种不同的负荷工况下,分别对排气提前角、排气迟闭角和进气正时进行了计算和分析,得到了不同工况下的最佳值,用正交试验法选出一组最佳配气相位角度。最后对优化前后柴油机的性能进行了对比分析,结果表明,优化后该柴油机的性能得到了改善。计算结果为柴油机的改进和优化提供了理论依据。 Large-scale low-speed two-stroke diesel engine working process model is built up by the AVL BOOST software,in which the different timing of exhaust open,exhaust close,and intake were calculated and analyzed at three operation load conditions.At different engine condition,different optimum results were obtained,then a best valve timing was chose by orthogonal experimental.At last,the Simulation calculation was carried out to compare the performance of engine ameliorated with original one.The results show that the performance of diesel engine was improved.The calculation results can provide theoretic guidance for optimal designs of diesel engines.
