摘要
目的：为了有效预防胃十二指肠溃疡的手术并发症，探讨大网膜在术中的应用价值。方法：２２例难切除的胃十二指肠溃疡病术中采用带蒂大网膜，包埋十二指肠残端或填塞、复盖残留溃疡病灶。结果：全组病人痊愈出院，无近期并发症。结论：应用带蒂大网膜，不仅有效地预防手术并发症的发生。
