摘要
手术治疗下肢血栓闭塞性脉管炎（简称ＴＡＯ），包括腰交感神经节切除１２０例，大网膜移植１０例，静脉动脉化２８例，其中１２例并腰交感神经节切除。Ⅰ、Ⅱ期ＴＡＯ作腰交感神经节切除效果良好，Ⅲ期ＴＡＯ作大网膜移植或静脉动脉化，近期疗效满意。
We perform several kinds of operations in the treatment of thromboangiitis obliterans(TAO),which include lumbar sympathectomy(120 cases),omentum transplantation(10 cases),arteriovenous reversal(AVR)(28 cases,of which 12 cases accompanied with lumbar sympathectomy).Lumbar sympathectomy plays a good effect in the treatment of the first and second stage TAO.Omentum transplantation and AVR have a satisfying recent effect in the treatment of the third stage TAO.The technique of AVR is so simple and easy that AVR should be promoted.If AVR accompanied with lumbar sympathectomy,the recent effect is better. \ \
