摘要 医疗质量是医院发展的基石,而病案管理质量则是保证医疗质量的基础。近几年来,在医患纠纷中涉及病案问题的比例很高;患者普遍对病案资料表现出不信任;医院的病案管理可间接影响到患者对解决医患纠纷途径的选择。针对这些挑战,笔者建议应防止由于病案资料的过度保护而让患者产生误解;充分做好病案资料的服务工作;注重病案的过程管理;进一步规范复印或封存病历的时效性;转变观念,让病案接受社会监督。 Medical quality is the foundation of the development in a hospital, while the quality of medical record management is the base of medial quality. In recent years, there have been much more problems of medial records in doctor-patient disputes. Generally, patients do not trust the materials covered in medial records. And the management of medial records can influence indirectly the ways the patients choose to solve doctor-patient disputes. With these in mind, the writers point out that the overprotection of the materials in medical records causes misunderstanding from the patients. Therefore, the writers further suggest that hospitals should offer an excellent service by providing the materials covered in medial records,emphasize the process management of medial records, standardize the timing o~ copying and sealing medical records, change ideas and put medical records under the supervision of the whole society.
