摘要
目的:探讨金属硫蛋白(MT)在心肌梗塞和缺血再灌注心肌损伤修复中与脂质过氧化的关系。方法:采用大鼠心肌梗塞/缺血再灌注模型,测定手术后24h和8周心肌组织的MT及脂质过氧化的中间产物丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果:心肌梗塞和缺血再灌注24h后MDA含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.01),8周后MDA显著降低(P<0.05);而MT的含量在术后24h即升高,8周MT继续升高,缺血再灌注组MT达(31409±2318)ng/mg蛋白。结论:MT对心肌梗塞和缺血再灌注所产生的脂质过氧化产物可能具有清除作用,从而促进损伤心肌的修复。
AIM:The relationship of metallothionein(MT) and lipid peroxidation on myocardial injury of myocardial infarction and ischemia-reperfusion was studied. METHODS:Contents of MT and malonyldialdehyde (MDA)-metabolism products of lipid peroxidation of rat myocardial tissue were determined in 24 hours and 8 weeks after myocardial infarction and ischemia-reperfusion. RESULTS:After 24 hours myocardial infarction and ischemia-reperfusion, MDA contents were obviously higher than that of the control( P <0.01), especially in ischemia-reperfusion group, MDA contents were 5.7 folds of the control. But 8 weeks after myocardial infarction and ischemia-reperfusion, MDA contents were decreased progressively( P <0.05). After 24 hours of myocardial infarction and ischemia-reperfusion, MT contents were significantly higher than that of the control, then increased gradually in 8 weeks. MT contents reached to (314.09±23.18) ng/mg protein in 8 weeks group after ischemia-reperfusion.CONCLUSION:MT might be able to eliminate effectively the lipid peroxidation products which was caused by ischemia and reperfusion, thus created a better protection on myocardial injury.
