摘要
微小电容的测量成了电容传感器能否广泛应用的关键技术。针对目前微小电容测量系统刷新率低,体积大的现状,本文提出了一种电容—频率转化电路,该电路将电容传感器接入方波振荡回路中,振荡波形频率随电容的改变而改变,通过对振荡波形的处理,积分电路可以将微小的电容信号转换成电压的变化。该测量系统具有功耗低、体积小、分辨率高、刷新率高的特点,可以高精度高频率测量电容传感器的变化。文中详细阐述了测量电路的基本原理和具体实现。
The measurement of micro-capacitance was the key technology whether the capacitive sensor can be widely used . At present,facing the current situation of low refresh rate., large volume of micro-capacitance Measuring System, a capacitance-frequency conversion circuit is designed in this paper, which make the capacitance sensor access to the square wave oscillator circuit. Oscillation waveform frequency is changed with the capacitor, integral circuit made the micro-capacitance signal convert to a voltage output by processing the oscillation waveform. The measurement system could measure the the change of capacitance sensor highly precision and highly frequency, with the the features of low power consumption, small volume,high resolution and high refresh rate. The basic principle of the measuring circuit and the specific implementation are described in detail in this paper.
