基于CDC的高精度工作平台电子自动安平系统

摘要 为了设计一种低成本、高精度的工作平台电子自动安平系统,本文选用高灵敏度电容式倾角传感器对工作平台倾斜度进行实时监测,利用高集成度电容数字转换器(CDC)芯片AD7746直接将传感器的电容信号转换成数字量,通过I2C总线交由高性能单片机ADuC841处理。单片机通过自带的双路PWM输出对直流电机进行PID调速,调节扫平台倾斜度,使其保持水平,实现仪器自动安平功能。本文的电子自动安平系统具有实现简单、灵敏度高的优点,可应用在许多仪器及设备中。 The purpose of this paper is to design an electronic automatic self-leveling system with low cost and high precision. Capacitance digital converter AD7746 is used to convert the capacitance signals from the capacitive tilt sensors with high precision directly into digital data, and then the data is transferred though I2C bus and processed by the MCU ADuC841. Dual channel PWM signals of the MCU are used to realize the motor speed regulation based on the PID algorithms. MCU is used to maintain the level of the flat so as to realize the function of automatic self-leveling. The system proposed is applicable in many instruments and equipments for its advantages of easy-realizing and high sensitivity.
