摘要
提出了定量评价堆焊层抗剥离性能的指标“开裂氢浓度C_(dc)”。研究结果表明,在不同试验条件下,对同一批堆焊试块的剥离性能进行评价,所得到的C_(dc)值基本上为一常量。因此,可将C_(dc)作为定量评价的参量。这种评价方法还能将堆焊试块的试验结果与在役反应器堆焊层的剥离问题联系起来。
The concept of the“Disbonding Hydrogenation Concentration C_(dc)”is presented.Results show that, adopting the method presented, for the same batch of specimens,the valueof disbonding hydrogen concentration C_(dc) is essentially a constant.Hence,it can be used asa quantitative parameter for the evaluation of the resistance to disbonding of the stainless steeloverlay.This method also leads to the possibility of applying data obtained in disbondingtests on weld clad specimens to the analysis of disbonding tendency in industrial reactors.
