摘要
对30t氧气顶吹转炉脱磷过程的影响因素作了分析,在脱磷反应热力学和动力学分析的基础上,从磷在炼钢过程中的氧化还原反应原理出发,寻找出影响氧气顶吹转炉脱磷的因素,结合实际生产,提出了优化顶吹转炉脱磷工艺的操作方法,解决生产中出现的磷高问题。
By analyzing affecting factors during the dephosphorization of 30t LD converter.The factors affecting dephosphorization are found based on the thermodynamics and kinetics of dephosphorization reaction as well as the principle of redox reaction of phosphorus in steel-making process.The operation method of optimizing dephosphorization of LD converter is put forward to solve production problems.
