如何快速、准确地判断转炉出钢过程钢流夹渣情况,对当前转炉炼钢工序的下渣控制及钢铁料消耗尤为重要。本文主要介绍红外热成像下渣检测系统的工作原理,以及在中厚板卷厂生产过程中的应用效果。
It is very important for control of rounging slag and ferrous charges consumption to determine slag inclusion in steel stream rapidly and precisely in the course of converter tapping. The paper introduces the principle of infrared thermal imaging slag detection system and application in production.
