摘要
冶金固废的综合利用是实现钢铁联合企业固废零排放的关键环节,介绍了一种利用烧结机工艺处理各类冶金固废技术,并对产品进行了在转炉使用的工业生产实践。结果表明,烧结机处理冶金固废从理论和实践上可行;生产的冷却造渣剂在转炉使用效果良好,促进了转炉化渣,能够替代部分球团矿,提高了脱磷率、金属收得率,降低了氧气消耗,对钢水硫质量分数影响甚微;具有较好的经济和社会效益,在冶金行业具有推广价值。
The metallurgical solid waste comprehensive utilization is the key to achieve zero discharge of solid waste in iron and steel enterprises.Technology which used the process of sintering machine to process all kinds of metallurgical solid waste was introduced and the products were used in converter for the industrial production practice.The results showed that it was viable to process the metallurgical solid waste by the sintering machine in both theory and practice.The produced cooling slagging agent had good results in converter,which can promote the converter slag melting,replace part of the pellet,improve the dephosphorization rate and metal recovery rate,lower the oxygen consumption and have little effect on the mass fraction of sulphur in molten steel.Therefore,the technology had good economic and social benefits and had the value of popularizationin the metallurgical industry.
