摘要
阐述了当前炼铁除尘灰各种再利用方式的特点,分析了各种利用方式的科学性。分析认为,除尘灰与粉煤一同喷入高炉的利用法优于重返烧结、球团工艺参与配料造块方法,该喷吹方法对鞍钢现行的高炉综合喷吹技术是最佳选择。
The characteristics on various methods for recycling dedusting ash in ironmaking are discussed. Based on analyzing the scientificalness of these methods,it is believed that the method for injecting coal powders into a blast furnace together with dedusting ash takes the advantage over the method for proportioning and agglomerating with dedusting ash in sintering and palletizing process and this kind of recycling method is the best choice for the current comprehensive injecting technology applied by BF in Angang.
