摘要
以乙醇为溶剂利用超声波提取塔拉粉中的多酚类化合物,通过单因素实验和四因素三水平正交实验,确定其优化工艺条件为:乙醇浓度50%,超声频率60 MHz,作用时间60 min,料液比为1∶15。以海绵为载体,用海绵吸入油酸、铬液来模拟皮革的环境,以在海绵中吸入塔拉多酚,控制温度和湿度放置一定的时间,测定体系的过氧化值和六价铬的含量,来研究酚类物质对皮革中不饱和油脂被氧化反应的抑制情况以及对Cr(VI)的防治作用。
The polyphenolic compounds are extracted from Tara in alcoholic solution by using ultrasound waves.Through experiments of single factor and orthogonal test,the optimal extracting technology was determined.Namely,the alcohol concentration is 50%,the ultrasonic power is 60MHz,the extracting time is about 60min,and the proportion of material to solvent is about 1 to 15.Instead of leather,sponge was used as a reacting carrier.Oleic acid,chrome liquid and tara-polyphenols were involved in this experiment system.Under a certain temperature and moisture,the content of the Cr(VI) and the corresponding peroxide value were determined.
