摘要
目的探讨基层疾病预防控制人员职业倦怠与工作压力、应对策略、自尊及社会支持的关系。方法采用职业倦怠量表、工作压力量表、工作压力应对策略调查表、自尊量表、社会支持量表,对200名疾病预防控制人员进行调查。结果疾病预防控制人员职业倦怠评分为(54.97±12.02)分,其职业倦怠与工作压力、应对策略呈正相关;与自尊、社会支持呈负相关。结论疾病预防控制人员职业倦怠发生率较高,主要因突发公共事件的增多,导致工作量大且风险高而致,高自尊、积极的应对策略、有效的社会支持对缓解职业倦怠起到重要的作用。
Objective To analyze the relationship between job burnout and pressure,responding strategy,self-esteem and social support among medical professionals of primary CDCs. Methods Quantitative method was used to examine the relationship between job burnout and work pressure,responding strategies to work pressure,self-esteem and social support among 200 medical professionals of primary centers for disease control and prevention. Results The score of job burnout in primary disease controllers was (54.97±12.02),which was positively related to work pressure,responding strategy,but negatively correlated with self-esteem and social support. Conclusions The occurrence rate of job burnout of disease control staff was relatively high because of the heavy workload and high risk which resulted from the increasing public incidences.High self-esteem,active responding strategy,and efficient social support play the important roles in relieving the job burnout.
