摘要
目的:了解女性外阴部损害的临床表现,以明确其鉴别诊断。方法:选择本中心皮肤科和女性科门诊中104例有外阴部损害的女性患者,经病史、临床表现及实验室检查确诊。结果:104例女性外阴部损害中,性病性损害82例,占78.85%,非性病性损害22例,占21.15%。结论:女性外阴部损害中非性病性损害占一定比例,应明确其鉴别诊断,减少误诊发生。
Objective：To understand the clinical manifestations of female genital damage,in order to clarify their differential diagnosis.Methods：104 female patients with genital injury,from the dermatologist and the gynecologic,diagnosis by history,clinical manifestations and laboratory.Results：82 patients with sexually transmitted diseases,accounting for 78.85%,22 cases with non-venereal lesions,accounting for 21.15%.Conclusion：Non-venereal lesions share a certain percentage of the female genital damage,differential diagnosis should be made clear to reduce the misdiagnosis occurred.
