摘要
目的建立测定吡罗昔康胶囊中吡罗昔康含量的反相高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为磷酸二氢钾溶液(1.36g磷酸二氢钾,加水750mL,振摇使溶解,加1.7%浓磷酸溶液116mL,加水至1000mL)-甲醇(45:55),流速1.0mL/min,检测波长361nm。结果吡罗昔康对照品溶液质量浓度在19.712~118.272μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率为98.64%,RSD为0.42%(n=6)。结论所用方法快速、简便、准确、重现性好。
Objective To establish an RP-HPLC method to determine the content of piroxicam in Piroxicam Capsules.Methods The Diamonsil C18 column was used.The mobile phase was potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution(dissolving 1.36 g potassium dihydrogen phosphate in 750 mL water,adding 1.7% concentrated phosphoric acid solution 116 mL,and adding water to 1 000 mL)-carbinol(45:55).The flow rate was 1.0 mL /min.The detection wavelength was 361 nm.Results The linear range of reference substance of piroxicam was 19.712-118.272 μg /mL(r = 0.999 9).The average recovery rate was 98.64%,RSD was 0.42%(n = 6).Conclusion This quantitative method is rapid,simple,accurate and reproducible.
