摘要
目的研究吡罗昔康胶乓体外溶出速率的方法。方法溶出度测定法(附录XCD第二法,溶出介质为0.1mol.L^-1盐酸溶液,吡罗昔康胶囊的溶出量采用高效液相色谱法测定。结果吡罗昔康浓度在1.5-3.5μg.mL^-1范围内与各自的峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r为0.9998。平均回收率为99.7%,RSD0.5%。该样品30min溶出量就在90%以上。结论本方法用于吡罗昔康胶囊中吡罗昔康的溶出度测定切实可行。
OBJECTIVE To study the dissolution rate in vitro of Piroxicam in entecavir capsules.METHODS Method was used as the stirring element.solvent was 0.1mol·L^-1 hydrochloric acid solution.The dissolution rate of its entecavir was determined by HPLC.RESULTS The calibration curves were linear in the range of 1.5~3.5μg·mL^-1,r=0.9998.The average recoveries were 99.7% with RSD was 0.5%.The average dissolution of entecavir for this drug exceeded the marker amount by 90% in 40 minutes.CONCLUSION The method is good for the dissolution determination of Piroxicam in Piroxicam capsules.
