摘要
目的:采用本实验室开发的新型农药残留用固相萃取小柱净化样品,建立采用GC-MS方法测定水果、蔬菜中常见的92种农药残留的测定方法。方法:样品采用QuECHERS方法提取,混合型固相萃取小柱净化,所得供试品溶液采用GC-MS检测。结果:针对6种水果、蔬菜进行了方法学考察,结果表明87种农药回收率均处于60%~120%之间,可进行定量测定,另外5种农药可进行定性测定。大多数农药的检测限低于0.01 mg/kg。结论:本方法采用的新型混合型固相萃取小柱,可以通过一次过柱实现对多种杂质的去除,净化效果好,简化了农药前处理步骤,将大大提高水果、蔬菜中农药多残留的效率。
Objective:To develop a new GC-MS method for the determination of 92 pesticide residues by a new hybrid SPE column.Methods: The fruit and vegetable samples were extracted by the popular QuECHERS method,followed by clean-up step with hybrid type SPE columns and determination was realized by GC-MS.Results: 6 samples were selected for method validation and the results revealed that the recoveries of 87 pesticides were well between 60%~120%,which matched quantitation purpose.The other 5 pesticides can only be determinated for quantification purpose.The limitations of detection of the majority pesticides were below 0.01 mg/kg.Conclusion: The hybrid SPE columns could remove several types of interferences by one SPE clean-up step.The results show this method simplifies the sample preparation of pesticide residue tests and obtains satisfactory cleaning-up excellence,which could improve the proficiency of pesticide residue detection for the fruits and vegetables.
