苏里格气田裸眼水平井分段压裂工艺技术及其应用 被引量:24

摘要 水平井分段改造是扭转低渗透油气田多井低产、转变发展方式、实现少井高产的重要手段,2010年苏里格气田开始实施大规模的水平井开发,制订了100口水平井的开发部署。但是,裸眼水平井压裂裂缝起裂和延伸的复杂性,以及裂缝条数的不确定性给裸眼水平井的有效压裂带来了巨大挑战。在介绍分段压裂工具及工序的基础上,重点研究裸眼水平井压裂裂缝的起裂机理,对比直井地层破裂和裂缝延伸的特点,分析了裸眼水平井压裂裂缝的延伸特征,结合实例水平井分段压裂得到裸眼水平井压裂会产生次生裂缝的结论,以增加主裂缝缝长和控制次生裂缝数量为目标,通过净压力拟合和预测的方法建立了裸眼水平井分段压裂参数的力学设计方法。该结论和方法在苏里格气田苏5、桃7区块水平井的分段压裂中取得了成功,压后效果证明了其结论的正确性和方法的有效性。 Horizontal well multiple fracturing plays an important role in turning the scale of low productivity with multiple wells in low permeability gas reservoirs,changing the development mode,and achieving a higher yield with fewer wells.The Sulige Gas Field has been under commercial development by many horizontal wells since 2010 and arrangements and developments for 100 horizontal wells have been under plan.However,effective fracturing of open hole horizontal wells is facing great challenges such as the complexity of fracture initiation and extension,and the uncertainty of fracture numbers.Based on the introduction to the tools and processes for multiple fracturing,this study focused on the mechanism of the fracture initiation in open hole horizontal wells.Compared to those of fracturing and fracture extension in vertical wells,the characteristics of fracture extension in horizontal wells were analyzed.From a case study of multiple fracturing on horizontal wells,a conclusion is drawn that the induced fractures will be involved in fracturing on open hole horizontal wells.Therefore,with the purpose of increasing the length of the main fractures and decreasing the number of the induced fractures,a mechanical method for design parameters in multiple fracturing was thus developed by use of the net-pressure matching and prediction methods.The method shows great successes in horizontal wells of Su-5 and Tao-7 blocks in the Sulige Gas Field and the results demonstrate that the conclusion is correct and the method is effective.
