苏里格气田水平井高效建产技术 被引量:12

High efficiency and productivity technology for horizontal wells in the Sulige Gas Field,Ordos Basin

摘要 实践证明,苏里格气田采用常规开发技术难以实现高效开发。面对这一开发难题,近年来以开发试验区为载体进行了针对低渗透气田的水平井高效开发技术攻关,在气藏精细描述、钻井、储层改造等关键技术上均取得了新的突破,形成了以水平井井位优选及部署、地质导向、快速钻井、储层保护及改造等为主体的建产配套技术,即:①逐步形成了水平井选井及部署的5种有利砂体模式、4项部署原则、3种部署方式等3项成熟技术;②水平井入靶及地质导向形成了9项关键技术;③快速钻井形成了靶前距、井身结构、钻头选型、钻具组合、钻井参数等优化技术;④钻井和试气过程中形成了储层保护技术;⑤储层改造形成了工艺优选及其相关工艺措施系列。现场应用结果表明:所实施水平井全部获得成功,平均钻井周期为57.8d,平均砂层钻遇率达80.4%,平均无阻流量为55.6×104 m3/d,开发效果良好。水平井高效开发技术的日益成熟对同类型气田的开发具有指导意义。 Field practices prove that it is difficult to realize the highly efficient development of the Sulige Gas Field, Ordos Basin, by use of conventional technologies. In view of this, through overcoming many bottlenecking problems in achieving the highefficiency development of such lowpermeability gas reservoirs by horizontal wells in those pilot test areas, we made great breakthrough in accurate gas reservoir description and such key technologies as drilling and reservoir reconstruction. Moreover, the supporting technologies were established with the core of optimization and allocation of horizontal well sites, geosteering, rapid drilling, reservoir protection and reconstruction. In particular, three series of mature technologies were gradually developed including five modes of favorable sand bodies and four allocation principles and three allocation means; nine key technologies were formulated for the geosteering and targettouching of horizontal wells; a complete set of optimal design techniques was established for rapid drilling including pretarget distance, well profile, bit selection, drilling tools combination, and drilling parameters; the reservoir protection technology was formed during drilling and gas testing; and process optimization and relevant process measures series were developed during the reservoir stimulation. After the above technologies were successfully applied in the horizontal wells in the study areas, the average drilling period was shortened to 57.8 days, the average sand body encountering rate was up to 80.4%, and the average open flow was increased to 556, 000 m3/d. This study is of great significance to the development of horizontal wells in similar gas fields.
