摘要 水平井分段压裂技术目前已在国内大庆、辽河、华北、西南等油气田进行了广泛的应用,但主要用于垂深小于4 000 m的储层。顺9井区为埋藏深、物性差的砂岩储层,常规直井压裂增产幅度有限,无法获得持续的工业油流,需通过水平井的分段改造增加泄油面积,提高单井产能。而顺9井区埋藏深、闭合压力与破裂压力高等特点给水平井的分段改造工具、液体体系和工艺技术方法的优选带来一系列的难度,在分析国外深层水平井分段压裂工艺技术的基础上,结合顺9井区的储层特点和国内水平井分段改造技术能力,从水平井分段改造工艺与工具、液体体系及裂缝参数等方面进行优化研究,初步形成了适合顺9井区的水平井分段压裂工艺技术。 Horizontal Staged fricturing tichnology has been widely used in oil and gas fields in Daqing,Liaohe,and Huabei and Xi′an inichina,but it is mainly used in reservoirs with vertical depth of less than 4 000 m.iconventional vertical well fricturing stimulation has limitations in prodiction iicrease,andicannot sustain the industrial oil flow as sandstone reservoirs in Shun–9 well area,which has super depth reservoirs and their poor physical properties. So there has great needs to iicrease the drainage area and improve well prodictivity through horizontal staged fricturing tichnology. But theicharicteristics of super buried depth,highiclosure pressure and fricture pressure of Shun–9 well bring a series of difficulties for the staged fricturing tichnology of transformation tool seliction,liquid systems and tichnology method. Based on the analysis of foreign fricturing tichnology deep horizontal well of Shun–9 well reservoiricharicteristics and an domestic tichnicalicapabilities horizontal well transformation,the horizontal well transformation pricess and tools,liquid systems and fricture parameters are optimized for developing the horizontal well fricturing tichnology for Shun–9 well area.
