摘要
结合独立学院实验室建设与管理的实践,分析福建省独立学院实验室建设与管理的现状及存在的问题,从培养计划、实验技术人员、实验室教学与科研的关系、利用校外实验室资源等方面提出加强独立学院实验室建设与管理的对策措施。
The construction and management of laboratory are an important component of the management of colleges and universities.The aim of independent colleges is to train technical talents who have applied technology.Combining author＇s practices of the construction and management of independent colleges,the current situation and existed problems of the construction and management of laboratory of independent college are analyzed,and the countermeasures to strengthen the construction and management of laboratory of independent college are put forward,in order to provide reference for independent colleges and related departments.
