提出了实验室是大学的核心竞争力的观点,介绍了学校通过吸引人才进实验室,实验室建设资金采用"捆绑式"投入,开放实验室,改革实验室管理体制和加强实验室竞争力等措施,推动实验室建设一些具体做法。
The interview put forward the point of view about the laboratory is the nucleus competing power of universities. And introduced how to attract outstanding talent to work in laboratory, adopted so called'Binding Over' type investment, Opened laboratory to students, reforming laboratory management system, and enforced laboratory competing power. All the measures mentioned above pushed laboratory developing fast.
