电力通信系统评测体系建设探索与实践

摘要 在分析浙江电力对通信系统的评测需求基础上,探索建立电力通信系统评测体系,明确定位与目标,确定评测范围规划,建立评测实验室建设与运作体系,并从基础环境、评测规范与流程、人才队伍等方面阐述了评测能力建设的相关内容。目的是规范通信设备入网检测工作,提升业务模拟运行分析能力,为电网通信系统的安全稳定运行提供技术保障,同时为通信领域技术研究和应用提供平台,提升浙江电力通信专业的整体技术水平和科研能力。 Based on the analysis on evaluation and test demand of communication system in Zhejiang Electric Power Company, the construction of a test system for electric power communication is explored and practiced. The orientation and goal are defined, the test scope is planned, and the construction and operation mode are established. The test capability construction work including basic environment, test specification and process, team building are also presented. The objective is to normalize equipment admittance testing, improve analysis ability of business simulation, as well as provide a platform for research and application in communication field, and enhance the technical level and research ability of the company.
