摘要
目的探讨正常妊娠末期孕妇与正常成人血清胆碱酯酶水平变化的相关性。方法用丁酰硫代胆碱法检测血清胆碱酯酶。结果正常妊娠末期孕妇血清中,胆碱酯酶明显低于正常成人水平,有极显著差异。结论对于正常妊娠末期孕妇血清胆碱酯酶生化指标不能与正常成人水平加以衡量,应根据不同妊娠周数,建立不同的正常参考范围。
Objective To explore the serum cholinesterase level changes of correlation of the late pregnant women and normal adult.Methods Thio-choline with butyrylcholinesterase assay of serum cholinesterase.Results The late pregnant women serum cholinesterase level was significantly lower than adults,there were significant differences.Conclusion The late pregnant women serum cholinesterase level which cannot be measured by normal adult′s standards,should be based on different gestational age,to establish the normal reference range of different.
