摘要
源于西方的现代人员测评技术在中国企业中有广泛应用,但效果受到质疑。通过对83家制造企业人员测评使用状况的访谈,分析了中国企业在测评使用上的问题和要求,提出应发展中国的测评理论,注重适应中国社会文化的测评要素的探讨和绩效标准的确定,从而提升专业化水平,促进人员测评的发展。
Modem personnel assessment techniques are widely applied in Chinese enterprises, while the effects are reviewed with skepticism. This research, based on questionnaires and interviews of personnel assessment in 83 manufacturing enterprises, analyzes the problems and requirements in assessment techniques in Chinese enterprises. It is then enunciated that we should de- velop our own assessment theory, emphasizes probes into assessment factors and performance standards, so as to promote corresponding professional levels and to improve personnel assessment techniques.
