摘要
介绍了钢拱架安装机构的工作原理,在CATIA下建立安装机构的三维模型进行了虚拟装配,通过MSC SimDesigner插件添加约束和驱动,导入到ADAMS下获得安装机构的虚拟样机模型,在ADAMS下进行了运动学和动力学的仿真分析,得出了安装臂的工作范围和各个驱动力的大小以及关键部件的受力,为有限元分析和液压系统设计提供理论依据。
The papers introduces the working principle of the steel arc truss installation mechanism,establishes 3D model and conducts virtual assembly under CATIA,obtains the virtual prototype model of installation mechanism through the import to ADAMS by adding restriction and drive with MSC SimDesigner plug-in.Also,it conducts simulation analysis of kinematics and dynamics under ADAMS,and obtains the working range of the installation arm,the magnitude of each driving force and the stress of key components,providing theoretical basis for the finite element analysis and the design of the hydraulic system.
